Full Moon Farm Sungrown Flower Review: PB&J

“Well a friend with weed is a damn good friend of mine.” Billy Strings

Review on: In-house exclusive – PB&J (Peanut Butter Breath x Wildberry Pie) by Full Moon Farms

I am writing up a review of some PB&J, an in-house exclusive bred and grown on Full Moon Farm. My friends Jeff and Sara stopped by the Crawford family residence for a Christmas sesh and left behind one of the best gifts a stoner could ask for. It was a killer jar full of canna-bliss. A mason jar loaded to the brim with Full Moon Farm’s exclusive Peanut Butter & Jelly pheno hunted right on their family-run organic craft cannabis farm nestled in the heart of Humboldt, California.

Full Moon Farm PB&J Strain Review

This, my friends, is sungrown cannabis at its finest! No offense to anyone who gave me stuff instead of weed this past season, but nothing beats gifting green.

Texture

The jar Jeff and Sarah brought was chock-full of nicely formed, dense, buds. Like most outdoor sungrown cannabis, the magic occurs when you break the buds apart.  Trichome rich, loaded with perfectly mature milky and amber trichs.

Cured well, these buds didn’t powder up when breaking them down to roll up in a big fat joint like most of the flower in Arizona. For those of you who roll up fatties on the regular, you’ll understand what I’m talking about. The herb is like kinetic sand. It stays right where it should and doesn’t fall out the ends of the joint and never clogs the filter (or ends up as a Scooby snack).

Flavor

Complex flavors through the last toll. Sweet notes of berries up front followed by a creamy, nutty flavor that keeps the lips smacking. Puffing on a joint of Full Moon Farm’s PB&J will leave you feeling satisfied with a lingering greasy full mouthfeel that keeps you coming back for more.

Effects

Be mindful of when and how much you consume of this gem because she’s stoney and will sink you to the back of the couch. If you’re lucky enough to consume with a couple of dope friends, you’ll be treated to a stimulating and captivating conversation you won’t want to end.

This batch of PB&J burns clean to a fine white ash. She is highly recommended. There is something special about eating a sandwich made by the hands of others, but why does it taste better? I’m not sure exactly, but it probably has to do with the love infused by the sandwich maker. The same can be said about the love a cannabis farmer infuses into their plants as they nurture their garden to maturity.

Full Moon Farms is Sungrown Cannabis at its Best

I can’t wait to get to their farm nestled in the heart of Northern California’s cannabis country where their family’s roots run deep. Their family began farming the land in the 1850s. Today you’ll find Nik Erickson and family growing strains like Northern Berry, Girls Scouts X OG ’18, Crème Brûlée, and, an all-time favorite nostalgic strain in my catalog, King Louis XIII.

Do yourself a favor and find yourself a jar of Full Moon Farm’s Sungrown PB&J. From the flavors to the farming practices, this one checks all the connoisseur boxes.
