Frankfort, KY – March 3, 2025 – Kentucky NORML and industry leaders are thrilled to announce the 2nd Annual Kentucky Cannabis Conference, a celebration of the state’s vibrant cannabis community, taking place March 14-15, 2025, at the Capitol Plaza Hotel in Frankfort.
