The Higher Conference is not a traditional cannabis conference. This space, guest list, and speaking topics are curated specifically for women of color in the cannabis industry, something that you won’t get at any other cannabis conference in the country. The conference organizers expand on the idea of the traditional cannabis industry by including healers like Morgan Dominique of Sacred House Maryland, who hosted yoga sessions at the Wellness Pavillion–a healing space that was an integral part of the conference.
Frankfort Finally Gets NORML: The Inaugural Kentucky Cannabis Conference March 2024

Spanning 3 days, March 7-9, the conference featured 26 exhibitors/presenters and attracted over 145 paid attendees. That included healthy attendance from legislators and state regulatory employees making use of free admission, and it is safe to say that the inaugural Kentucky Cannabis Conference was an unqualified success.

The Emerald Cup’s Harvest Ball is a yearly beacon for the cannabis community. It’s an event where all can gather and passionately celebrate the work of their fellow farmer. This year, the Emerald Cup Harvest Ball has partnered once again with California craft farms to give them an opportunity to participate as vendors in their world famous marketplace and consumption lounges. The Small Farms Initiative program provides craft farms the chance to be seen and celebrated by the diehard seasoned attendees and newly cannacurious crowds looking for the latest farm fresh flower, genetics, or wellness products.
